How to request a refund
Email support@getcrokit.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order email. We process refunds within 3 business days. The amount will appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available for purchases older than 30 days, or if you have violated the Terms of Service (e.g. redistributed the prompts).
